Vrogum Coat System

Vrogum Coat System, VCS, is a waterbased wood preservation system.

With the VCS you will have an effective protection against rot and fungus and a beautiful and uniform surface that will last for years.

The treatment is carried out in a Flow Coat facility. The items are sprinkled because only so the treatment will percolate into all joints and weak spots.

Moreover, end grains are sealed so that spots in danger of having rot and fungus are protected in the best possible way. The treatment also reduces the wood's ability to absorb moisture, and thereby dimensions and form stability remain.

VCS is as mentioned a waterbased system and thus without solvents. The system is therefore:

Environment-friendly, because no solvents are used during production as it is the case with the traditional method of vacuum impregnation.

Allergy-friendly, because there is no infectious emanation from the items.
